WORKSHOPS & PROGRAMS
SUIT YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS
It's not just leadership...
It is important to ensure there is a pipeline of women coming through at each stage of the career stages. Its starts with junior talent and younger employees being mentored and groomed at the beginning of their career. Gender diversity is just as important in talent acquisition, retention and leadership. It is also important to educate men on understanding the overall business benefits and the processes as much as it is for women.
Whilst women make up over 47% of the Australian workforce,
only about 17% of those are in CEO roles and 31% of key management roles.
Annual salaries of men to women in similar roles are also not equal.
Women working full-time earn only 80% of what their male counterparts do.
Why is gender diversity so important to address?
Diverse workforces have been proven to outperform ones that aren't.

With gender diversity in corporate Australia offering so many advantages to businesses, Project Roar is on a mission to lift women up and help them shine. Project Roar is the brainchild of Catherine Harris who saw a need to help women reach their true potential.
So many women struggle with finding their seat at the table - selling themselves short, suffering from imposter syndrome, not having the confidence to put their hand up for opportunities, applying for jobs and not getting them.
Project Roar gives women tools, information and confidence they need to be competitive in securing internal opportunities and provide the coaching and support they need to realise their dream career.
We provide practical solutions so women know what they need to do, and how to do it, to set themselves up for success. We offer 1-day workshops, longer programs, and one-on-one coaching.
As the leading facilitator at Roar Women, Catherine shares her professional insights along with practical tools and tips to help you achieve career success.

Remote learning has become more popular and this is an opportunity for people in different areas to participate on learning. These can be pre-recorded or conducted live and can be in lecture format or Q&A style.
Lunch & Learns
Learning around the table, or in an auditorium, Lunch & Learn sessions are short sharp learning injections on specific and targeted topics. These sessions work well in one location or via video.
Catherine conducted a workshop for our HR Team to help review & challenge our current processes and to give some tips based on current research to ensure we’re providing the very best candidate experience. She did all this and more!! Her knowledge combined with her passion makes this a compelling session. And yes, you can teach an old dog new tricks – even with my 20 years’ experience in this area I still took away some valuable tips and learnings!!
