only about 17% of those are in CEO roles and 31% of key management roles.

Annual salaries of men to women in similar roles are also not equal.

Remote learning has become more popular and this is an opportunity for people in different areas to participate on learning. These can be pre-recorded or conducted live and can be in lecture format or Q&A style. 

Lunch & Learns

Learning around the table, or in an auditorium, Lunch & Learn sessions are short sharp learning injections on specific and targeted topics. These sessions work well in one location or via video. 


Catherine conducted a workshop for our HR Team to help review & challenge our current processes and to give some tips based on current research to ensure we’re providing the very best candidate experience. She did all this and more!! Her knowledge combined with her passion makes this a compelling session. And yes, you can teach an old dog new tricks – even with my 20 years’ experience in this area I still took away some valuable tips and learnings!!
